§ 1 Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via our website www.industtech.com. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms.

§ 3 Offer and Contract Formation

The presentation of products on our website does not constitute a legally binding offer but rather an invitation to place an order. By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we accept the order through an order confirmation or by delivering the goods.

§ 4 Prices and Payment Terms

All stated prices are non-binding market prices (net, plus VAT where applicable). The final price will be quoted individually upon request. Payment terms are negotiated individually for each order (e.g., bank transfer, prepayment).

§ 5 Delivery

Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer. Should an item be unavailable, we will inform the customer without delay. Delivery times and conditions are specified separately in the quotation.

§ 6 Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the customer or a designated third party receives the goods.

§ 7 Warranty and Liability

Statutory warranty rights apply. For defective goods, the customer is entitled to remedial action, i.e., repair or replacement delivery. We are liable for damages caused by intentional or gross negligent behavior. For minor negligence, we are liable only if essential contractual obligations are breached.
